Firebrands is a great band. Serious. Forget the stigma bout local bands. They're good. Still dont believe me?? Well rach, yat and me have been going to their studio quite a lot of times, and they ALWAYS perform. The first time we went there, great experience. Eye-opening, and ear-bursting, whatever you call it, its just spectacular. You gotta hear them live man. If you got the chance, go to their concert which is coming out real soon aight.

Alrite anyway the first song i heard them playing was Another Brick In The Wall. It IMMEDIATELY connected with me cos it just reminded me of Korn and Pink Floyd. It reminds me of korn cos they covered that song before and it was in their greatest hits cd plus dvd which i already got lah. hahaha.

I chose Black Stripes cos its my favourite song from them cos when i first heard it, it sound real and deep and thought to myself, "Hey man, this is a bloody good song."

Listening to it from the album though, it sounds a bit mellowed. Maybe cos its not 'live', which was what me, yat and rach have been getting la. Go down to their studios, and listen and learn. Rach just drools and stared and giggled and smiled to herself as soon as Jachin enters the room. ahahhahaa.

Okay today, i mean yesterday, met dearest aka girlfriend aka syam aka SBM for breakfast. After that bought breakfast for her elder sister. Then watched movie. hehe. I miss her a lot. =(

Then, FTGL went jamming as usual at usual place at an almost usual time. four tones, 4 to7m. Wooo. After that, Rach got the Firebrands cd while i accompanied yat to tiong bahru. Okay i know you're confused. Me too. Its okay. Just know that we somehow reached Firebrands' studio at around 8pm. Then we watched them jam their songs and all. Got them to sign my cd album and stuffs and then more jamming. I, rach and yat then accompanied them to eat at outram park. Managed to catch the train home and ta-dah, i'm here. Wooo.

okay cutting this post short, i gotta say this is quite a confusing blogentry. well, what do you expect, i'm sick! hahha. take care of your health ppl.
